Business Analyst
Main purpose of the job
The Business Analyst will play a key role in enabling Artifex Interior Systems' growth by partnering with business stakeholders to shape the transformed state and drive value through technology. This role focuses on understanding business needs, translating them into technology solutions, and ensuring engagement throughout the transformation journey. The successful individual will:
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT to ensure technology solutions meet business objectives.
• Support transformation initiatives by gathering, analysing, and validating business requirements.
• Drive engagement and collaboration with business knowledge holders to shape future processes and systems.
Main missions and results
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Document and analyse business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver value.
• Surface and address risks, constraints and impacts with stakeholder groups early to manage expectations.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Support testing and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Ensure clear communication and change management throughout transformation initiatives.
• Act as an advocate for business needs within IT and promote a culture of partnership and collaboration.
• Support less experienced team members and share expertise.
Preferred skills and experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or technology-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering techniques.
• Experience in supporting transformation initiatives and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and able to produce clear analysis and visualisations.
• Awareness of ERP, PLM, and logistics processes and ability to adapt across multiple business domains.
