Bridgestone Group are working with an innovative engineering business who are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its presence across solar, renewables and structural applications
This is a pure growth role, focused on identifying opportunities, converting leads, and building a strong forward pipeline. The position offers a highly attractive commission structure, rewarding performance and results.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
* Lead on tender submissions and pricing support
* Develop relationships with contractors, developers and key decision-makers
* Representing the business at meetings, site visits and industry events
* Collaborate closely with delivery and leadership teams to support conversion
Ideal Background
* Proven track record in business development or sales within construction, renewables or engineering
* Experience with tendering and negotiated sales processes
* Commercially astute and target-driven
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Self-starter mindset, comfortable operating with autonomy
