Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant:
* Customer service and administration
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all enquiries are resolved promptly.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Performing duties in other departments to meet critical company objectives, if required.
* Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
