Director of Data & AI - London (3 days per week in office)
£150,000 - £170,000 base + Bonus circa 30% - PE Owned
Location: London
Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a data team of approximately 15 people.
* Drive the development and enhancement of the company’s data platform.
* Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Champion the adoption of AI use cases within the organisation.
* Provide strategic technical direction and mentorship to the data team.
Qualifications
* Background as a Director of Data, Head of Data, or equivalent senior data role.
* Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience dealing with complex stakeholder environments.
* Deep appreciation of a robust data platform and its operational requirements.
* Ability to demonstrate technical expertise, particularly in data platform architecture, to inspire the team.
* Passion for AI and experience in implementing AI initiatives.
