Multi Skilled Trades Person
We are looking for a multi skilled trades person for care home refurbishments in Ludlow, Shropshire.
We would be looking for knowledge and experience in the following areas of works not all are essential however are a strong advantage:
* Basic joinery including door handle changes, installation of kick plates to doors, signage, stud work
* Tiling (bathrooms/wet rooms)
Candidates must have:
* Proven experience in construction
* CSCS Card - Essential
* Asbestos Awareness Training - Desirable but can be arranged on employment
This is a full time position on a sub contractor basis
