East Riding Horticulture Ltd are a specialist Horticultural supplier & wholesaler dedicated to providing top quality products and services to our customers within the Commercial Horticulture, Turf & Amenity, and the Forestry & Landscape industries.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Class 2 HGV Multi Drop Driver to join our team
This is an hourly paid role, working on average 45 hours per week, 5 days a week - Monday to Friday with overtime available.
As a Driver, you will be delivering to a mixture of sites and homes, as well as re-loading your vehicle back at the branch, planning your route, and completing regular vehicle checks, etc.
You will drive multiple vehicles from a van, 10t - 18t curtain sider
We are looking for Drivers who:
· Have a CPC qualification
· A Class 2 HGV Licence
· Will be flexible to meet requirements of the business
· Have a positive approach and outlook
· Physical Fit to handball deliveries
· Have proven track record in a similar type of role for at least 1 year
· Are confident in face-to-face dealings with customers on delivery and navigating smaller sites with narrow access points
· Have good communication skills, and a professional attitude
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Average hourly pay equating to a basic income of approximately £32,700.00 per year, with the opportunity for overtime.
