The ideal apprentice will be trained to carry out a variety of skills including;

• Menu and Dish Preparation

• Fish, Meat, Poultry, Stocks, Sauces, Soups
• Butchery
• Fishmongery
• Pastry
• Food Safety
• Hot & Cold Deserts
Requirements
• Good work ethic
• Cleanliness as the kitchen is front facing
• Reliability and Punctuality
• Willingness to learn all aspects of the world of cooking.
• Own transport would be advantageous.
Educational Requirements
• maths and English GSCE's minimum Grade 4.
Additional Info
• 28 days including bank holidays
• Access to use of Swimming Pool and Sauna outside of normal work day.
• 50% Discount on food served at the establishment.
