Job Description We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a 9-month fixed term contract. This role will provide global HR support across multiple business areas. You will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, delivering a broad range of HR services and ensuring alignment with our global HR strategy. Generalist HR Support Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across assigned business areas. Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. Support talent development initiatives and engagement activities. M&A Support Partner with the HR M&A Lead to assist with integration activities, including employee communications, policy alignment, and coordination with in-country HR teams. Ensure smooth transition for employees impacted by acquisitions. Business Support Act as HR point of contact for defined business united, supporting workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent initiatives. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent HR solutions. Global Coordination Work closely with in-country HR teams to ensure compliance with local employment laws and practices. Support global projects and contribute to harmonization of HR processes across regions.
