The Opportunity: Apprentice Kitchen Sales Designer
We are seeking talented individuals to join our award-winning apprenticeship scheme. The role offers comprehensive on-the-job training and support from a leading training provider while pursuing a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship over 12 to 15 months.
Responsibilities:
As an Apprentice Kitchen Sales Designer, you will learn to turn builders and clients' dream kitchens into reality by visiting homes, listening to ideas, evaluating needs, and designing inspirational kitchens that exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities include:
* Planning, designing, and selling kitchens using the company’s range of products with high customer service standards
* Building long-term relationships with customers from the building trade and their clients
* Visiting sites to measure and evaluate customer needs
* Utilizing Howdens' 'My Kitchen' service to create and view high-quality images
* Processing estimates, pricing, delivery dates, and stock requirements
You will need to use your own vehicle during business hours, with travel expenses reimbursed.
Requirements:

* Valid driving license (consideration given if learning to drive)

The Apprenticeship:
* Level 3 Customer Service apprenticeship
* Essential Skills (Level 2 in Application of Number, Communication, ICT – exemptions may apply)
* Training by in-house Learning & Development Team and external provider
* 15 months duration
* GCSE Maths and English minimum Grade 3/D required
