As Receptionist what
you’ll be doing

You’ll be the face, smile and energy our guests remember






* Welcome guests on arrival and
send them off with a great last impression

* Handle check-ins, check-outs,
bills and payments with confidence and care

* Answer questions, solve problems
and make every stay feel smooth and memorable

* Share your knowledge of the
hotel, the local area and everything we have to offer

* Spot opportunities to upsell and
enhance the guest experience

* Keep on top of the admin too —
including calls, emails and computer-based tasks behind the scenes

* Work a mix of weekday and weekend
shifts
