Position: Front Office Manager
Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, located in Glengormley).

Primary Duties:
* Greet and assist customers and guests at the premises
* Manage incoming calls and redirect as necessary
* Follow up on property inquiries and oversee transaction processes
* Ensure the smooth functioning and tidiness of the reception area
* Promote business growth through client interactions
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a comparable position, such as Administrative Lead or Client Relations Specialist
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Advanced knowledge of office software, particularly spreadsheets
* Comfortable with office technology and digital tools
