Job Role
- Supporting Young People live their day-to-day lives full of fun and excitement
- Working alongside the Registered Manager to provide excellent Support and Care to all Young People
- Follow the individual set Support and Care plans to make sure each Young Person gets the right attention and
- Welcome families and visitors to the house and encourage their involvement in planning learning opportunities for the young person.
- Work within the policies, procedures, and statutory requirements of the company to a high standard.
- Give regular feedback on the support and significant issues in the young persons day.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic individual looking for a new challenge.
- Have a good Sense of humour, be committed, and most of all be Creative.
- Experience is not essential but the willingness to learn and go above and beyond is key.
- Be able to act calmly and sensitively to young people.
- Demonstrate the ability to always maintain confidentiality.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
