We're on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Sous/Head Chef, someone to lead the kitchen but under the guidance of the Executive Chef at an exciting new South East Asian restaurant in the heart of London.
About the Concept:
Indochina Cuisine a bold, vibrant celebration of the diverse culinary heritage of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia etc.
The Role:
You'll be at the helm of a passionate brigade of 7 in a 75-cover restaurant, open 5 days a week. Working closely with our Executive Chef, youll shape and lead the kitchen from pre-opening through to service excellence.
What We're Looking For:
A creative, organised senior chef with experience in Southeast Asian or contemporary Asian cuisine coming from a high quality restaurant background
Someone ready to step up or with prior leadership experience
A natural team leader with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and financials
