We are working with a well:established construction company based in Glasgow, currently seeking a National Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of its internal training strategy across the UK.

About the Role
As National Training Manager, you will:
* Lead a team of regional Training Coordinators
* Deliver a consistent, high:quality training experience across the business
* Oversee key programmes including staff inductions, management development, and graduate pathways
* Work closely with Health and Safety, L and D, and Community Engagement teams to align strategy and ensure compliance
* Regularly travel to sites across the UK to support and evaluate training delivery
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or built environment sector. Your expertise in developing and executing training strategies, alongside a solid understanding of health and safety, vocational qualifications, and industry regulations, will be key. Youll be expected to travel to all of our branches so must be able to travel on a weekly basis.
