They are currently looking for a Middle Office Financial Analyst to join them for an initial 12 month contract, however there may be scope for extension.\n\nRole Purpose:\n\nAdminister of JVCo Programmes JVCO, TLB and NAV\nAdminister certain tracking and reporting aspects associated with the Securitisation business portfolio i.e., tracking of internal credit monitoring requirements, compliance certificates, reconciliations.\nAssist producing data / reports for regulatory requests, internal audit, external audit, and others \n\nAccountabilities & Responsibilities:\n\nCredit administration for JVCo Programme's (JVCo 1,2,3, NAV and TLB) including:\nUpdate booking spread sheet for JVCo Programme and reconciliate with reports produced by external Service Providers and generate reports to SPD management and Head Office departments\nSupport Origination Group 1 ("OG1") and Origination Group 2 ("OG2") in managing the JVCo Programme by performing periodic reviews and Credit Monitoring, preparing parts of Credit Application, and assisting execution of new transactions\nSupport credit administration for Securitisation business transactions\nPrepare and submit periodic reporting to SPD management and Head Office\nAssist preparation of Credit Application and Credit Monitoring\nControl due dates for Credit Monitoring and responses to Instructions and Conditions\nAssist producing data / reports for regulatory requests, internal audit, external audit, and others\nCollaborate with other departments including CDED, PDED, OAD, RMD, and others whenever needed \nIn addition to the above responsibilities, the staff member will assist in essential functions of Planning & Internal Control Group where the Group Head or Management deem necessary. \n\nKnowledge, Skills & Experience:\n\nProven analytical skills set; rating agency background or previous experience as part of a structuring team at a major bank is a plus\nExperience as the middle office worker in Banking business\nBasic knowledge in banking business including LBO, Real Estate Finance, Subscription Secured Finance, Securitisation businesses and Net Asset Value Finance\nIntermediate skill in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\nAwareness and understanding of European financial market and business\nAbility to work and deliver under pressure and versus short deadlines occasionally under certain market condition\nGood communication and inter-personal skills to interact with members inside and outside of SPD\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.
