Salary: £24,667 to £25,057 PLUS £67.50 per sleep‑in, expect 10 sleeps per month ≈ £8,000+ per year.

What You’ll Do
* Support young people with their daily routines, including getting them ready for school, meal preparation, and activity planning.
* Create a warm, homely environment by assisting with light housekeeping.
* Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
* Plan and participate in fun activities such as trips to the park, popcorn and movie nights, and creative projects.
* Maintain essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You’ll Do It
Torrs is made up of five individual homes, registered to support nine young people. We focus on activities that promote health, wellbeing, and guide them through the next stages of their life, providing a safe space for self‑expression.

Additional Requirements
New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system daily to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided. All staff must use digital systems confidently as part of their day‑to‑day role.
