Contracts Manager – Luton / Bedfordshire Salary: Negotiable Benefits: 23 days holiday bank holidays, pension, discretionary bonus Hours: 8am–5pm, full‑time, on‑site Company Overview A long‑established construction contractor, operating since 1996, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its team. Role Overview The Contracts Manager will oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves managing contract performance, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and legal requirements. Working across new build and refurbishment schemes—particularly within healthcare—the successful candidate will play a key role in risk management, project scheduling, budget oversight, and stakeholder communication.
