You will be working for a UK-wide business who, as a result of consistent expansion, are looking to add an experienced finance professional to the team to support the finance team.
Your new role
You will be in charge of managing one division of the business' accounts. The key tasks are as follows;
1. Processing purchase orders & supplier invoices, ensuring correct approvals and coding throughout.
2. Processing employee expenses
3. Oversee monthly invoicing and the setting up of billing contracts for new customers
4. Liaising with the division's operations team and invoicing monthly revenue to customers
5. Processing payroll with payroll provider
6. Manage day-to-day queries from suppliers, customers and specific division's team.
7. Calculating customer revenue through liaising with the estates team, to then process these invoices and reconciling to the balance sheet accrual.
8. Manage payments and reconciling to the balance sheet accrual.
9. Monthly reconciliation of maintenance costspared to balance sheet accrual.
What you'll need to succeed
Required:
10. Full right to work in the UK with prior UK experience within a finance team
11. Excellent written and oralmunication skills
12. Ability to understand standard business documentation (contract language etc.)
13. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and under tight schedules.
14. Proven experience in a similar role
Desirable
15. Finance qualification such as AAT Level 3/4 or Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or studying towards
