Location: Aston Clinton, HP22 5WJ
Reporting to: Warehouse Team Manager
Salary: £29,000
Goods In & Put away Mon to Fri 2pm to 10pm
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shift operations and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service across all warehouse activities.
This is a key leadership role where you will lead, motivate, and support a team of operatives, acting as the first point of contact for operational issues. Youll play an important role in maintaining a safe, productive environment while driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance

Oversee daily warehouse operations to maximise efficiency using the WMS

Monitor productivity and ensure alignment with operational targets

Plan workflows, staffing levels, space utilisation, and equipment layout
o
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately in line with quality standards
