The Pennine Community Mental Health Service portfolio and service line currently have an opportunity for a Clinical Lead in the Community Mental Health Team in Pendle.
Responsibilities
* Undertake expert assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
* Supervise and teach professionals from multi-disciplinary teams, both qualified and unqualified staff.
* Work in partnership with service users, carers, and other agencies to ensure effective outcomes.
* Provide clinical leadership and support to the Team Leader to ensure a high‑quality cycle of care.
* Provide clinical assurances for effective caseload management within community teams.
* Form part of the Community Hubs clinical and management team and play a fundamental role in driving forward the Pennine Network vision for ongoing service improvement and significant transformation in community mental health services.
* Engage in effective partnership forming and working in the coming months; a proven track record in this area would be beneficial.
Qualifications
* Experience of clinical management and clinical oversight of complex cases.
* Ability to work autonomously with enthusiasm and a "can‑do" attitude.
* Demonstrated innovative, proactive approach aligned with the Trust values.
