This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager with experience in the Oil & Gas and Offshore sectors and or NAVCOMS sector to join an established technology provider delivering secure and resilient communications solutions to clients operating in challenging, remote, and high-stakes environments.

As part of a growing commercial team, you’ll play a key role in expanding the business across global markets, including the UK and US, and developing long-term relationships with high-value clients.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for winning new business and developing existing accounts across the Oil & Gas and Offshore markets. You’ll promote a comprehensive service offering, lead client engagement efforts, and support international sales growth through a mix of strategic planning and hands-on account management.
The ideal candidate is a commercially sharp and relationship-driven sales leader with experience selling into maritime, offshore, or remote operations environments. You’ll be confident managing teams and customers alike, with a clear understanding of how to navigate complex sales cycles. Eligibility for SC clearance in the UK is essential.

The Role:
* Lead business development across Oil & Gas and Offshore sectors in the UK, US, and select global markets
* Manage and grow key accounts through a consultative sales approach
* Liaise closely with technical and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
* Support accurate forecasting, reporting, and commercial planning

* Proven experience in solution-based selling to offshore, energy, or maritime clients
* Team management experience
* Commercially astute and confident managing high-value client relationships
* Strong communication and organisational skills
