Objective:
* You will drive business growth by generating sales revenues, developing strategies for power system solutions (like UPS, batteries, generators), managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
The Role:
* Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute sales plans, set targets, and analyze market trends for UPS, generators, and battery systems.
* Client & Account Management – Build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, conduct site surveys, and manage key accounts for upgrades, retrofits, and spare parts.
* Sales Execution – Drive new business acquisition, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals for power protection solutions.
* Technical Expertise – Serve as a product expert on electrical systems, power standards, and project requirements to offer tailored solutions.
* Identifying new potential customers in different sectors and developing them into business opportunities.
* Reviewing customer inquiries and technical specifications.
* Preparing and submitting quotations to customers via email or online portals and handling technical clarifications if any.
* Following up on submitted offers.
* Leading price negotiations with customers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Arranging and attending kick-off meetings to ensure customers and the Service Manager clearly understand and align with project requirements.
* Upon receiving orders from customers, handing them over to the Project Team for processing.
* Working with the inside sales coordinator to arrange shipments and updating customers when necessary.
* Generate weekly updated sales forecast.
What Do You Need to Have?
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Degree in Business or Commerce or Electrical Engineering or any related discipline.
* He/she must possess at least 3 to 5 years of market development and selling power systems such as Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), generators, etc.
* Candidate must possess working experience and/or strong knowledge of power system products (E.g.: AC/DC power system, electrical systems, UPS) and technical project requirements & specifications.
* He/she must possess strong customer relationship management skills and excellent negotiation & sales closing skills.
* Additionally, candidate must possess excellent verbal & written communication and possess high ability to present to clients, management, and vendors.
