DevOps Engineer – Computer Vision Scale-Up
London based but can offer remote work
I’m partnered with a rapidly growing AI business working at the forefront of computer vision, data privacy, and secure visual intelligence. They’re expanding their engineering function and are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their team and help scale their platform.
This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving, and working closely with a highly technical leadership team.
The Role
You’ll be working across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring and automation, supporting a platform that processes high-volume video and ML workloads. You’ll collaborate directly with the CTO and engineering teams to improve reliability, deployment speed, and overall platform performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and improving cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) using IaC such as Terraform/Bicep
* Enhancing CI/CD pipelines and release automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab etc.)
* Designing and implementing monitoring, logging and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, cloud-native tools)
* Supporting ML-driven services, serverless functions and data pipelines
* Improving automation and DevOps best practices across the engineering team
* Helping define platform architecture as the company scales
What They’re Looking For
* Strong commercial experience with AWS or Azure in production environments
* Solid Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, etc.)
* Hands-on with CI/CD, build/release pipelines, and automation
* Exposure to containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/AKS)
* Experience with monitoring / observability
* Interest in AI, ML pipelines, or MLOps (experience highly beneficial but not essential)
* Someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and working in a small, smart engineering team
Why it’s a great move
* High-impact role working directly with engineering leadership
* Opportunity to work in a fast-growing AI/ML domain
* Lots of influence across tooling, processes and future platform direction
* Strong culture, supportive team, and room for progression
