* Proven experience as an Asbestos Operative, with a strong understanding of asbestos removal procedures.
* Valid DBS in the last 6 months.
* Relevant certifications and qualifications in Asbestos Removal (such as the Asbestos Removal License).
* Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations related to asbestos handling.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and regulatory bodies.
* Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.
