Chief Commercial Officer
A private equity backed UK business delivering complex solutions across multiple sectors is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead its next phase of growth and value creation.
This board-level appointment carries responsibility for shaping and executing the organisation’s commercial strategy while building a high-performing commercial organisation capable of supporting significant expansion.

This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a modern commercial organisation while shaping the next stage of the company’s growth. The successful candidate will participate directly in the company’s equity value creation as the business scales under private equity ownership, offering meaningful long‑term wealth creation potential.
The role is based at the company’s headquarters in South West England and requires regular on‑site presence working closely with the executive team and operational leadership.
Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK. Relocation within the UK may be required, and support will be provided for the right individual.
