What You’ll Be Doing As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll take on a 360° role, learning every element of the recruitment cycle. No two days are the same, but your main responsibilities will include: * Sourcing top candidates via headhunting, job boards, and referrals * Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates * Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage * Generating new business leads through calls, meetings, and networking * Delivering a consultative approach to client hiring needs You'll receive hands-on training from experienced consultants and managers and get the support you need to progress quickly.
