Hospitality Staff Wanted – The Bay Hotel

Various hours available (daytime, evenings & weekends).
What the role involves:
* Serving drinks behind the bar
* Taking orders accurately and serving food and drinks to customers
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all front-of-house areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
* Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
* Ensure the bar and dining areas are well-presented and organised at all times
* Collaborate with other members of staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
* While these will be your main responsibilities, you may be required to perform cleaning and washing up duties during busy periods to support the rest of the team.
What we're looking for:
* A positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
* Someone who is reliable and punctual
* The ability to stay calm when busy
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
* Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings
* Previous experience in a pub or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory
