APSS Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established business delivering high-quality commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Work closely with sales, design, commercial and contracts teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams throughout each project
* Attend client, design and site progress meetings
* Coordinate and manage the design process, ensuring accurate and timely issue of project information
* Carry out site surveys and scope fit-out / shell works requirements
* Oversee site health & safety compliance and implement company procedures
* Ensure direct labour and subcontractors deliver works to programme, specification and quality standards
* Procure subcontract packages, materials, plant and labour
* Support commercial management, including valuations, interim accounts and final accounts
* Prepare construction programmes and project schedules
* Maintain quality, environmental and health & safety standards across all projects
* Deliver an excellent finished product and positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in commercial fit-out, interiors, refurbishment or construction project management
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Commercial awareness and cost management experience
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
