Responsibilities
* Lead process optimisation, troubleshooting, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
* Support scale-up, technology transfer, validation, and commissioning activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant processes.
* Prepare and maintain essential technical documentation and risk assessments.
* Provide technical guidance to engineers and operations teams.
Qualifications
* Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or related discipline.
* Strong experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or regulated manufacturing.
* Solid knowledge of GMP, validation, and regulatory standards.
