We are looking for a fired up junior sous chef to join our team. If you enjoy working in a busy, vibrant environment were we prioritise fresh homemade sourdough pizza get in touch today.
Located on the iconic quayside in the centre of Padstow, our beautiful new restaurant is ready to serve guests all day. We have taken our famous love of cider and pizza and added a few dishes to the menu so that we can open our doors all day. Great breckie, banging pizza and a drinks line up for the ages.
As we head towards the summer season we want to expand our great team of people who can work hard and take pride in what they do. As a senior kitchen member you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and also running your own shifts in a professional and organised way.
Other duties will include managing stock via ordering, weekly counts and training of other chefs on specs. You will also assist the Head Chef with writing rotas, invoicing and recruitment while all the time leading from the front in the main kitchen by serving some great pizzas & other delicious dishes
