This is a C suite level opportunity within a virtual biotech, offering the chance to build and shape antibody strategy from the ground up, with strong financial backing and a clear platform vision.

The role
You will take ownership of antibody engineering and development strategy, working closely with investors, scientific advisors, and external partners to progress early-stage programmes and build out platform capability.
In a lean environment, you'll shape scientific direction, programme selection, and long-term development plans.

* Circa 15 years of experience in antibody engineering and development
* Deep expertise across therapeutic antibody design, mutation, and optimisation
* Strong track record progressing antibody programmes through early development
