Sales Manager - Midlands Satellite Office.
As a Sales Manager you know how much difference the right backing makes, not just in title, but in how you can actually shape things around you.
This business has made a bold move, head office remains the operational hub, but they know how difficult it is to attract Sales Managers with the right experience into Shropshire...that is why they have opened a new satellite office in the Midlands. A base that gives them fresh options, including you.
As a Sales Manager here, you will lead sales growth from the satellite office, you will be the one driving stainless steel / aluminium plate and bar sales across the UK and Ireland with appetite, budget and board level support behind you.
You will have a Sales Executives to support you, plus a Sales Director who backs you day to day. It is a straight-talking culture where people muck in, where your ideas are listened to and where you will be trusted to make things happen.
This is not a role where you are chained to the road five days a week, most of your time will be spent working remotely from the Midlands base, with the freedom to get out to customers when it makes sense. Typically once or twice a month.
As a Sales Manager you will bring the balance of leadership and sales expertise:
You will be hands on enough to win and keep customers, but confident in mentoring the team and setting the pace.
You know how to build trust, spot opportunities and turn good potential into real results. What you will get as Sales Manager:
£48k to £55k salary
Your choice of company car or car allowance
Quarterly profit related bonus
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Time in service holiday award
Contributory pension
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with a one hour lunch break You have already proved you can lead, as a Sales Manager here in the Midlands, you will finally have the platform to do it properly... trusted, backed and supported to grow something you will be proud of.
