Description Sales ledger and credit control management Purchase ledger management: Post Invoices, match to POs, post payment runs, supplier statement recs Purchasing clinic and office supplies, and processing payments to suppliers Managing supplier queries Bank Reconciliation and dealing with refund requests Support the Management Accounts Assistant in the management of the month end process Supporting the Management Accounts Assistant with ad-hoc queries and reports as required Support in the year end audit processProfile A successful Accounts Assistant should have: Experience working in a similar role Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. A proactive approach to solving financial queries.
