Job Title: Integrated Project Manager
Location: Poland Street- 3 days in office + 2 dys WFH
The role
Supporting the project management - including integrated clients briefs across print, digital, social and TV.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day responsibility for managing projects
* Involved in receiving new campaign briefs directly from client and or agency
* Interpreting and consolidation of client briefs
* Managing project timelines
* Providing clients with cost estimates and timelines for all deliveries highlighting any risks and dependencies in meeting agreed deadlines, alongside any additional information you may require to execute the brief
* Identify and advise the client of any issues concerning their brief and delivery of master files, and how these could be resolved for the benefit of the client (Ingest, QC, Master builds)
* Briefing projects in to the relevant internal departments, such as production studios
* Maintain an up to date internal status tracker of all live briefs and work in production
* Be the client’s subject matter expert, assisting with any queries, and advising how best to ensure briefs are delivered to the highest quality in the shortest timeframe
* Managing timings with studio to ensure on-time-delivery
* Ensuring all output meets client requirements, has been through QC and is approved before release to the client.
* Answering client technical queries or liaising with operators or technical staff to obtain and provide requested information
* Accurate estimating, billing and reconciling jobs, requesting PO’s and creating 3rd party PO’s
* Attend campaign ‘wash-up’ meetings with clients to identify future learnings to be applied to the following campaigns and build further relationships with clients
Client Management
* Develop and maintain client relationships and provide excellent client services via your day to day project management duties
* Manage client expectations in relation to project objectives, timelines and budgets
* Work to gain a strong understanding of the clients business
* Build strong working relationships with clients on a daily basis
Technology
* Manage studio production briefs via DI Studio
* Be adaptable for new platforms and processes when required
Client Specific
* Develop an understanding of the full end-to-end campaign process and the client brand
* To develop strong client relationships within the client base
Skills and Experience required
* A friendly, positive team player
* 3 plus years experience in a Creative Production environment performing an integrated role across print, digital, social and TV
* Familiar with all design software and programmes
* Strong interpersonal/communication skills
* Pro-active
* Strong client facing skills
* Able to handle high volume and fast turnarounds
* Committed to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi task
* Good analytical and numerical skills
* Able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately
* IT literate
* Confident but not arrogant
