About The Role
Mercedes-Benz of Bath is currently recruiting for a Retail/Business Manager to join their growing team.
As a Sytner Retail/Business Manager, you will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department; you will be at the core of all sales enquiries and develop the sales team. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of the obligations they have entered into, maintaining integrity and treating customers fairly.
Sytner Business Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About You
If you are a high achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller/Manager or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.
Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic and be able to lead from the front and inspire your colleagues to raise the bar and exceed their full potential whilst driving the finance and add-on performance forward.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
