Customer Care and Growth Executive
Salary £28,500 plus bonuses
Full Time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Location: Rooksbridge, North Somerset
We are a fast growing new media business and are delighted to be recruiting a new member to our team to assist in the growth and continued success.
Job Role: Customer Care and Growth Executive
Main Duties:
* Prospective customer demonstrations – remote
* Existing customer demonstrations – remote
* Sales order processing
* Managing leads - tracking and generation
* Customer service and support
* Diary management
* Marketing support
* Process and procedures upkeep and management
* Answer incoming calls and manage as appropriate
* Internal/External communication updates as required
* Occasional attendance of UK based tradeshow
* General office duties as required and are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job
Knowledge and Skills
Essential:
* Previous customer facing or sales experience (including retail and/or hospitality sectors)
* Can use standard office computer applications - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
* Be able to complete some routine and non-routine tasks in an office environment
* Be able to plan and organise both familiar and new tasks
* Can produce and respond to detailed written and oral communication in an office setting
* Ability to use a problem-solving approach to respond appropriately to a wide range of enquiries
* Use a range of numerical and graphical data for the office environment
* Able to work on own initiative or with others on tasks with minimum supervision
* Show an awareness of others’ roles, responsibilities
* Strong organisational skills
Desirable
* Knowledge and understanding of office procedures and terminology
* Knowledge of the dental sector
* Knowledge of the veterinary sector
* Understanding of digital media
* Understanding of consumer marketing
* Experience of b2b sales
* UK clean and current driving licence
