Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the holiday lettings & property industry. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive bookings, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote holiday lettings properties across various online and offline channels.
* Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to optimize reach and conversion.
* Collaborate with the relevant teams to create targeted marketing materials and collateral to support sales & recruitment efforts.
* Analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to relevant teams.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in marketing to continuously innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the property or travel hospitality industry.
