As a Senior Spa Therapist you will provide first‑class service, delivering the highest standard of therapeutic, holistic and wellbeing treatments. You will be confident with facials, massages and nail treatments.
Some duties and responsibilities include:
* Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring specific treatment times are adhered to.
* Follow Champneys protocols and training programmes to offer the best service to our guests.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of the Club, Spa and Hotel facilities and rules, advising customers accordingly.
* Ensure your working areas are clean and equipment is fully operational; report defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty.
* Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and use safe work practices.
* Attend required training courses for your therapist grade.
* Cooperate with the manager and receptionists regarding scheduled treatments, changes, and shift adjustments.
* Stay updated on new product ranges and treatments.
* Provide professional advice through talks, demonstrations and promotional events.
* Deliver ultimate client care, giving guests an unforgettable experience.
* Maximise revenue opportunities in line with targets and seek assistance when needed.
* Recommend suitable home‑care products to guests.
* Mentor junior therapists, sharing knowledge and experience.
* Provide skin‑consultation appointments and home‑care prescriptions for premier guests.
Shift times:
* Monday to Sunday, patterns: 10:00 – 19:00, 11:00 – 20:00
* Weekends worked alternately.

Qualifications and experience:
* L3 qualified in Beauty Therapy.
* Preferably trained with Clarins or Elemis.
* 2+ years experience with a luxury brand.
* Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering memorable services.
* Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
