TEMP ADMINISTRATOR, Broadheath, Altrincham Based.
£12.21 per hour, weekly pay.
Immediate start, Temporary with the view to become permanent
Responsibilities:
* Input and update subcontractor information into internal systems.
* Collate order details and distribute to subcontractors
* Consistently track the status of all orders
* Liaise with subcontractors and site teams to address order discrepancies on orders
* Maintain detailed and up-to-date logs for subcontractor orders, including financial values, statuses, and variations
* Regularly update trackers to reflect changes and ensuring that relevant departments can access
* Update trackers with accurate data, ensuring compliance with project requirements
* File and organize all order-related documentation for audit and compliance purpose
Desirables:
* Min 1 years experience in an administrative role
* Must be a self-starter with strong organisational skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel especially.
