We're now looking for a Business Support Customer Operations operative.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customer
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
* Work closely with warehouse and transport operations to ensure the efficient delivery of services
* Play a key part in the implementation of new business
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Previous experience within a supply chain environment - preferred
* Sales background - essential
* Previous experience in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders - essential
* Experience being customer facing - essential
