Retail Marketing Lead - Travel - £500 pd Inside IR35
We're working with a leading travel and aviation business looking for an experienced Partnerships & Retail Marketing Lead to drive commercial marketing activity across ancillary revenue, partnerships, retail and post-booking customer journeys. This is a high-profile contract role within a large, fast-moving consumer travel organisation, focused on delivering measurable revenue growth through customer marketing, partner campaigns and retail optimisation.
You will lead the commercial marketing strategy across post-book activity, partnerships and retail, helping to maximise customer value and incremental revenue across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading marketing strategy for ancillary products, retail activity and partnership campaigns
2. Driving revenue growth across post-purchase and customer life cycle marketing
3. Managing marketing programmes with commercial partners including tourism boards, airports and retail brands
4. Delivering integrated campaigns across CRM, digital, media and creative channels
5. Optimising the customer journey to improve conversion, attachment rates and overall revenue per customer
6. Managing agency partners and external suppliers to deliver effective campaigns
7. Overseeing marketing investment and ensuring strong ROI across all activity
