Due to continued growth, we are looking for a confident and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly team.

Role Overview:

This is a front-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a varied administrative role. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greeting clients and visitors warmly, creating a professional first impression
* Handling incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
* Managing email correspondence and booking appointments for viewings and valuations
* Assisting with the preparation of property listings, and marketing materials
* Maintaining and updating property databases and CRM systems
* Coordinating diary schedules for sales and lettings staff
* General administrative tasks including filing, data entry, photocopying, and office supply management

· Drawing up contracts and paperwork

· Minor accounts

· Receiving and accurately documenting payments in for the form of cash, card and BACS.

· Ensure that a top standard of customer service is provided at all times

* Supporting the team with ad-hoc duties as required
* Conduct viewings
* Carry out property inspections
* Full training will be provided. But any previous experience in a receptionist or admin role, would be a bonus.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good maths and English
* Highly organised, with great attention to detail and time management

· Extensive experience of Microsoft Office and Excel

* Able to learn new skills quickly and work efficiently
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
* A professional, polished appearance and manner
* Able to resourcefully multi task
* Minimum 2 references which will be checked
* Able to work alternative Saturdays 10am-4pm

· Work well individually and as part of a team

Alternative Saturdays 10am – 4pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,500.00 per year
