What we are looking for Main accountabilities Responsible for Symphony Project Design within the UK IT function. Gather specificities of the UK market and verify the compatibility and coherence with the global design Adapt the Global Template to the specific country processes and market specificities Ensure e2e execution from design to deployment to roll-out at local level Ensure adherence to deadlines and achievement of milestones Monitor overall project costs compared to the dedicated budget Partner with business leadership, local stakeholders and global IT functions to guarantee global alignment on key milestones and drive decision making Coordinate vendors (system integrators, technical partners) What you'll need University or Master's degree 4 years Salesforce experience in a functional role Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, experience with CPQ is a plus He/ she has preferably acquired an experience of 6/8 years in managing transformation programs in complex IT projects in advanced and multi-country contexts Strong project management and change management skills Leadership in managing cross-functional teams and vendors He/she preferably comes from multinational companies with an important experience in B2C markets implementing projects / platforms within Sales, Marketing and/ or Customer Operations Behavioural competencies An effective and persuasive communicator with the ability to simplify messaging Enjoy exposure to leadership and bring gravitas and influencing skills towards senior management Look for and take advantage of opportunities to learn new skills and develop strengths Show commitment to achieving challenging goals Critical thinking communication & buy-in skills Teamwork attitude, ability in working and achieving results through others Ability to cope effectively with different roles and cultures across organization Constantly seeks ways to improve both own and business performance Strong sense of judgement and decision -making ability A will and mindset to go above and beyond
