Job Title: Interim Head of Legal
Location: London
Salary: £120k - £140k
Working Pattern: 5 Days in Office
Short term opportunity for a confident Head of Legal level candidate with experience of the Retail sector
This is an office based role for 5 days a week incorporating Corporate, Commercial, IP and Data Protection expertise across the Group Business
Role
* Work closely with and support CEO on all activities at Group level, to include strategic direction around restructures, acquisitions, integration, refinances
* Oversee a 4 person Legal function, providing oversight and expertise where required
* Input into Group wide change projects
* Support the wider stakeholder group including COO and CFO
The candidate
* Strong background in Retail / FMCG or similar high volume, low margin environment
* Experience of working in a fast paced business handling multiple complex legal matters
* Prior experience at Head of Legal level
* Robust personality
