The role
Our Commercial Support Administrator role focuses on providing excellent customer experiences. The position reports directly to the Customer Excellence Manager and is part of a team based at our Customer Excellence Centre in Crick (NN6 7XR).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as room upgrades, dummy room processes, chasing overdue payments, inputting sensitive data, and delivering top-notch customer service to our high-value and profile clients.

We seek someone with a keen eye for detail, strong data entry skills, effective communication abilities, and confidence in a fast-paced environment. Your flexibility and adaptability are essential, as you will support the Customer Excellence Centre. A customer-centric approach will ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.
