Join Arla Foods as a Key Account Executive and play a key role in strengthening and growing our customer partnerships. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our commercial operations, supporting both day-to-day account activity and longer-term business growth. You will work closely with customer and internal stakeholders, using data-driven insight to help shape commercial decisions and maximise performance.
Responsibilities
* Owning P&L responsibility at account level, supporting sales reporting, forecasting, business planning, promotions, terms, debt including all associated administration
* Producing daily EPOS data updates with clear, insightful commentary
* Creating and maintaining promotional performance tracking documents, sharing analysis with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
* Managing customer relationships and coordinating day‑to‑day operational issues, including deliveries and shortages
* Supporting the development and negotiation of joint business plans to drive growth and unlock new opportunities
Qualifications
Ideally, you will bring up to two years of experience in a commercial FMCG role. You will be results focused, highly organised, and motivated to develop your commercial skillset. Strong numerical capability is essential, alongside a collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to learn and progress within a fast‑paced environment. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and contributing confidently to commercial discussions.
