This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of genomics, clinical delivery and biomarker discovery, partnering closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

You will work closely with global laboratory, quality and data science teams, while maintaining strong, trusted relationships with customers across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with global teams across Laboratory Operations, Quality and Data Sciences to plan and execute project activities
* Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure effective transport, receipt, processing and tracking of samples and associated data
* Monitor project financial performance, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved
* Own and manage internal and external project communications, providing clear, timely updates to stakeholders
* Organise and lead project team meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow‑up actions
* Prepare and deliver project reports, summaries and presentations to a range of audiences
* Maintain accurate and compliant project documentation in line with SOPs and quality systems
* Proactively identify risks and issues, escalating through the appropriate channels when required
* Support the continued development of global project management processes and efficiencies, ensuring close alignment across UK and US operations
* Take responsibility for medium‑to‑large key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective oversight of account activity

What You Will Bring

* A third‑level qualification (or equivalent), ideally in Life Sciences, Engineering or a Business‑related discipline
* Experience in a role requiring strong organisation, planning and prioritisation skills within a high‑volume, changeable environment
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management capability, with experience in customer‑facing roles
* Experience within the pharmaceutical, diagnostics or life sciences sector
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools is desirable
* An understanding of genomics, diagnostics, molecular oncology or related life sciences environments is advantageous
