Esland are embarking on an exciting period of growth and are therefore looking for a passionate Regional Manager to join us on this journey. You will be responsible for children's residential homes in the Lincolnshire region and surrounding areas.

Direct knowledge and experience of Ofsted inspections and expectationsExcellent communication skills and a proactive approach to all tasksA Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young Peoples Services (or equivalent) A full, UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWorking hours: 37.5 hours per week, (Monday to Friday), however you will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business
