Esland are embarking on an exciting period of growth and are therefore looking for a passionate Regional Manager to join us on this journey. You will be responsible for children's residential homes in the Lincolnshire region and surrounding areas.

Salary between £65,000 - £70,000 plus £4,800 car allowance per annum

Bonus potential up to £13,500 based on outcomes

Direct knowledge and experience of Ofsted inspections and expectations

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to all tasks

A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young Peoples Services (or equivalent)

A full, UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, (Monday to Friday), however you will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business
