We're looking for a dynamic and passionate team player to join our brand marketing team in a role that offers real variety and impact.
If you're looking for a role in the fast-paced FMCG environment, this is your chance to get hands on across a wide range of exciting projects. You'll be working on two dairy drinks brands, helping to deliver the marketing plans to ensure the continued growth within a competitive market. You'll be involved in everything, from research and new product development, to assisting with You Tube, social media campaigns and retailer communications. You'll play a key role in our brands and their future within the brand team.

Responsibilities
* Support the brand team in delivering marketing plans and campaigns on time and within budget
* Assist in coordinating media activities, ensuring key brand messages are delivered effectively and aligned with brand values
* Collaborate with external agencies to ensure briefs are understood and outputs are delivered to expectations
* Help execute trade communications, including completing promo forms and aligning activities with the promotional calendar and brand guidelines
* Support sampling activities for both trade and consumer events
* Manage consumer communication via email and the website, responding professionally and reporting on recurring trends or issues
* Assist with social media community management by replying to comments and inbox messages as needed
* Organise and distribute branded merchandise, including arranging send-outs and restocks
* Coordinate internal communication to ensure alignment between brand campaigns and business messaging
* Work with the HR team to share brand and marketing updates across the business
Experience & Professional Requirements
* Strongorganisation and time management skillsable to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines across brands
* A creative mindset with a good eye for design; confidence using tools like Canva is essential (support from a creative agency is available for complex tasks)
* Strong communication skills, both face-to-face, written and verbal.
* An understand of FMCG is desirable, but not essential.
* Flexibility in working practices, occasional travel and event support may be required, though the role is primarily office-based.
* Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and take initiative when working independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office — particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; able to navigate internal databases and online tools efficiently
* Some awareness or experience of the retail sector, ideally within grocery
