Duties
winning new rental instructions, building strong relationships with landlords, and driving market share in the local lettings market
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
* Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information to potential buyers and tenants.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring favourable outcomes for all parties involved.
* Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
* Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth processing of contracts and documentation.
* Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.
* Utilise marketing strategies to promote properties effectively across various platforms.
Requirements
* Proven administrative experience in lettings environment is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

Monday- Friday 9:00- 17:30 and every other Saturday 9-3, time in lieu for this.
